Delete your account as a user
Your Boost account is provided to you by your employer, as a tool for use in your work. You may request your employer to have your account deleted.
Delete a user account as an Organisation
User accounts can be deleted via the Boost Management Dashboard. Select the User tab, and then expand the Home that the user is a member of. Using the dropdown menu on the right, select delete user. Note that this will permanently delete the user account and all associated data.
All user accounts will be deleted automatically when you end your Boost subscription.
Delete my account data
As a user or organisation, you may request for some part of your data to be deleted by emailing hello@boostcare.org in accordance with our privacy policy.
